Interval training at the Fleet Feet Group Run tonight. Ran a really easy mile and then started the 1/4 mile hard, 1/4 mile recovery for 5 repeats. Followed this with a 1/2 mile really easy cool down.
After the first repeat I am sure my recovery slowed down a bit each time and my hard on time got a little slower, but the mile splits didn't slow too much.
Ran in a pair of Nike Running Shoes provided by Nike who sponsored tonight.
