EXCELLENT RUN!!!!
I am very very happy with this run.
I didn't get up to run this morning because it was raining and in the 40's. I normally would run in the rain, and I would normally run in 40 degree weather, but the combination didn't sound appealing this morning at 4:45.
I decided right before leaving work that I could get home and run before dinner and then just made it happen. I ran hard because of a limited time, and it turned out to be one of my best runs since getting back at it.
