Ten mile trail run at Tribble Mill Park in Grayson again this afternoon. The weather was awesome starting at about 60 and rising to about 67 by the time I was done. I ran mostly the dirt trails again like I did last Sunday (http://bit.ly/hgOANx), however I took different turns to get back to the lake area to mix it up a bit this time. Once I got back to the lake I ran around it three times and then took some different path to cut over to the paved trails to finish off the last 2.5 miles.
Great run and great weather. I vote to keep this weather till spring, who is with me? (you are not allowed to vote if you have anything under 50 degrees today though, sorry)
