Notes
Went for a run with my 8 yr old Brady. We got him a watch at Disney and he wanted to try it out. I didn't think we would get far and figured he would stop a lot since it has been a while since he has run. We ran the first mile without stopping and then walked about .1 and he wanted to keep running so we ran another mile without stopping. He asked if we were going to run again tomorrow :)
