Notes
The intervals were kinda messed up because we needed to stop so Payton could stretch just after 1.5 miles. I stopped the watch unlike most times when I do not.
Payton had a bad day, she didn't want to run and was mad at me the entire time because I told her she needed to run. Because of this I decided before starting that we would just do 4 miles today and save the long run till tomorrow since we will be home (no work or school)
It was raining a little bit for the first mile and then cleared up. We even saw a little sun right at the end.
