Interval training - really one of the first I have ever done and it showed. I started with a mile warmup then did a half mile all out. I then took a breather and did a half mile cool down. My intentions were to do another half mile all out but couldn't keep it up past .2 miles. I walked a bit and did an additional .2 and then a .1 to finish it up. I then did another .5 cool down before heading home to go out and run with my son and his friend. Will post that next.
