Just 2 miles to start the week off. My first 2 days in a row in a really long time, but the big news of the morning was my pace. I started the first mile at 10:06, but near the end of it I had gotten into a groove that felt great. The groove continued on into the second mile and I was able to maintain the groove for the entire second mile which ended up being an 8:37 - the fastest mile I have run in probably nearly a year! My legs felt great, the only thing giving me trouble was my breathing. I was in a good breathing pattern, however it was labored like I was running an all out race.
