Good easy 4 miler this morning. Tried to intentionally go slower and keep a steadier pace without speeding up too much. Too many of my runs are faster when I run by myself and I need to learn to slow down sometimes and just build the mileage and not always try to push the speed.
This turned out OK, but I still dropped the time a little each mile. I think many times it takes more out of you to run slower than your optimum pace.
