Notes

A good 10k run immediately following my 4 mile run with Payton, my daughter. It was very humid. Just coming off of a very hilly 4 mile run I didn't know how I would feel or if I would be able to go the entire 6 miles that I wanted to go.

The first two miles were like any other first two miles, I really didn't feel the groove. At the 2 mile mark things started to feel much better and the rest of the run went really good, although tough at times.

I ate before the first 4 mile run and also had some electrolytes. I drank a bit of water and more electrolytes before heading out for the 10k and I think it really helped me... esp since it was so humid.

I categorized this as a long run because it was immediately prefaced by a 4 miler.
