Excellent run. I didn't feel like going the whole way, but that is probably because I ran it closer to race pace rather than training pace by almost a minute and a half per mile.
It was a gorgeous day, but warmer than it has been in a long time for a run so I wasn't hydrated as well as I should have been. I should have had some water or something part way through.
I stretched following.
