That was hard
It was hard to get out the door, and it was hard to run it. I am embarrassed to say I have not run 6 miles in some time now. Of course some of that was because of injury, but also because of motivation issues while trying to get back at it following some low running miles for the healing of the injury.
I am sure it didn't help that it was sunny and nearly 80 degrees. The sun was the key factor today I think. I did get it done though, so for that I am happy.
