Notes
Out for an evening easy 3 miler. Started with both Ashlee and Payton. We stopped at 1 mile because Payton's ankle started to hurt pretty bad. We walked the mile back home and tested it occasionally. I opted to have her stop and ice and call it a day. Ashlee and I went back out for two more miles before calling it a day.
