This morning I set out to run 12 or 13 miles. I ate breakfast (egg, sausage, hashbrown, toast) about 9:30 and then left just over an hour later. I felt really good, but went out to fast, had the food on my stomach, and the warmer weather with the sun beating down on me did me in. I was out of energy at 6 miles in and had to stop. I am sure if I ran with someone else I could have kept going but I was feeling pretty miserable.
