Notes
This mornings 4 mile run felt a little harder than usual, but I am not sure why. The first couple miles were a bit slower than I would have liked, but I am not worried about it since the first mile was my warm up as well. It did get better after that, but still seemed a bit more difficult than normal. Nice weather to run in this morning.
