Notes
Last fast/hard run of this marathon training. Went out for a 4 mile progressive tempo run. Started off conservative and kicked it up each mile to end the last mile at a 7:01 pace. I put on the under armor even though it was 50 and sunny because the wind was really cold. I may have looked a little overdressed to run, but I was comfortable which is what I was going for.
Felt good. Tomorrow is an off day to go watch my daughter Payton run in the State XC meet.
