Great 4 mile run in the rain. What a great run! My hands were a bit cold and I was wet, but other than that I really enjoyed this run. It was raining enough to have some puddles to avoid, but not so much that my feet got too wet. My pace was good and stayed fairly consistent after the first warm up mile. Nice change from yesterdays run!
