Went for an easy run to try and test out my glute after the issues brought on after the long drive and quickly followed run on Friday.
I felt it a little bit at the beginning but it felt pretty good as long as I kept it easy and didn't try to push it too hard. I am confident that this injury was brought on by sitting in the car for 6 hours and then exacerbated by quickly going for a pretty good run. Either one without the other and I probably wouldn't be having any issues. Each day it has felt better..... but I have hated not running.
