Notes

This mornings run went good. It still seems a bit harder to run, but that may be the lack of sleep and rest because of the extra work lately. I stretched afterwards and no pain in the legs anywhere on this second run with the new shoes. I started the morning at 4:05, ate a banana about 4:15.
