Went for a slow easy 2 mile run this morning to test out the hamstring following last weeks little episode. (http://bit.ly/69HZdr) I went really slow and paid a lot of attention ready to quit at any time. It felt a little sore near the end, but more soreness like I had been running a while, and not sore like it was when it hurt. Not 100%, but I think I can start back with slow short miles :)
