Great 3 mile this morning at an intentional faster pace. We set off with a warm up mile and then kicked it in aiming for a couple more miles with a pace between 8:00 - 8:30. We did it, but Michael is not quite to the 8:00 and 8:00 level so the third mile slowed a bit. I am pretty sure I could have kept it up, I was feeling really good. We will be there very soon!
