Went for a mile run with my brother in law who is here for spring break.
What is very cool about this is that he has been a smoker most of his life and stopped smoking at the beginning of the year. He has started running a little bit in the past couple months and has been telling me that he was going to run with me when he was here. They got here today and we just went running - VERY VERY COOL!!
I am very proud of him, and the most important thing to me is that he stays away from the cigarettes, the running is just a very cool addition.
