Tough, but good. Slower than the pace-range I was hoping for (6:35-6:20), but still a bit sick.
2x2miles with 90sec recovery.

2 x 2 miles at 10 mile-HMP with a very brief 90 second-2
minute recovery (stick closely to this short recovery) between each (you may
split this up by doing some of it, say a mile, on the track and the other
portion off the track).
