Notes
This was supposed to be Saturday's tempo run. But I really struggled just to get my shoes on and outside. Very very tried today. The weather sucks (85 and 190% humidity). But I laced up and went down to the river trail -- dreading the coming workout. Went for my 4MP miles, but go to the turn around and really struggled to continue. Paced around for 3 minutes before returning at MP again, but knew I couldn't do the workout.
I walked home.
Monday, slept in late and then took a two hour nap in the middle of the day. Feel extremely tired. Not sure what's going on.
