About me: I've always hated running distance. I ran track in HS, nothing over 440. I've tried to run multiple times as an adult and always gave up in less than a month. Part of what got me over the hump this time (Jan/2011) was all the info on the web and the encouragement of forums like this one. Big, big help. |
Why do I run: I run for the energy and mood benefits! I wouldn't call it a 'high', but I sure feel better after a good run! |
Why I started running: I was tired of breathing hard after climbing 2 flights of stairs. |
