COMMENTS: Christian Reed took off from the start and was gone. Tom and Matt Dryer slowly pulled away until about 3 miles when Tom started coming back and Matt kept pulling away. I ran great splits and caught Tom at 4.1 as we entered Bethel Park, passed him, then pulled back and passed him again at about 4.5. I had nothing left at the end and ran the last two in 11:49 for 3rd place. 1-6:07, 2-6:07, 3-6:24, 4-6:00, 5-5:49. PR for 5 I think, need to look it up.
