Just not feeling into running since starting to swim. I only have 3 more weeks of swimming left. With the swimming I am running almost every day, but only 1 or 2 miles most days.
I am going to start riding my bike to swim class which will cut out the running on swimming days. Then I will run longer on non-swimming days.
This was less than a 5 mile run, but I considered it a "long" run. Sad.
