I did a sweat rate test. I lost 6 lbs during the hour. That means 96 oz. per hour. That is really high. It is about 16 oz. per mile. It should be about 5 oz. per mile.
I have always suspected a high sweat rate. I will check this a few more times working towards more accuracy in my measurements to get a good average. This will be important as I get into longer runs during marathon training.
