Jeff and I ran back to my house as a speed run. We were shooting for 8:00 per mile. I was really pleased to see the 7:44/mile. He said he could have gone faster, I was pretty much maxed out.
If I could sustain a 7:44 pace for a 5K, that would be a 24:02 race. I would be super pleased with that. Current PR is 26:09.
