COMMENTS: I ran a 30 minute warm up and then an 8:22 mile. I thought that was pretty good. 1/4 mile splits were:

I was pleased with that. A good total m/m pace considering I walked about 5 minutes in there just for a short break. I was planning to run for an hour, but when I found the track and that it seemed to be open to the public, I decided to see what kind of mile time I could put in. Not a stellar performance, but considering I had already run over 30 minutes and it was so warm, I was very pleased. Splits were great too.
