Ran slightly faster than the 9:31 speed called for by training plan. I need to find me a route where I know when the mile splits are. That will help me judge my pace. I could use the treadmill for these runs. But as they get longer, they are much less appealing on the treadmill.
This was supposed to be a 4 mile tempo. I am also changing my running style to a more fore-foot landing. This is taxing my calves a bit more, but I think another week will help me get over the soreness.
