Ran with Justin, Geoff, Andy and Jimmy in downtown Pensacola. They normally run between 7:45 and 8:00 minute miles. I held Justin back a bit. But this was my last free Thursday before leaving to Argentina and I wanted to run with them. It was pretty cold at the end. Dropped about 7 degrees during the run.
