COMMENTS: Was supposed to be a 12 mile run. I ran out of time. After 9 miles I knew I was feeling very good mentally and physically. Since the purpose of this run was to make sure I am ready for the 13.1, and I feel like I am, I don't feel bad about having to cut this run short.

The reason for the slow mile 9 was that I stopped at the house to tell the wife that I was doing well and still alive. That is when she told me I was runnning out of time.
