Notes
I had no specific plan with this run, just go out and run until I was done. Maybe that is what contributed to the toughness. I was planning something over 2 hours.
16 minutes into the run I was just feeling blah. I started out blah, but thought running some would help. It did not. I took a 1 minute walk break. Did not help. Ran 10 min. Walked 1. Not helped. I kept getting further and further away from home though. About 30 minutes into the run I decided to come back home. Came home a bit more direct.
I think I need to have a better laid out plan as to where to run.
