Notes
Was supposed to rain all day and not get over 76 degrees. I don't normally run in the afternoon, but the rainy morning caused me to put off the run. It was pretty miserable. First really bad run I have had in a while. I was supposed to do 2 laps of this route, but called it quits after just 1. Daughter rode her bike next to me. Took it easy for her. Good thing I did or it might have been worse.
