I thought it was a good run. The elevation changed 100' several times during the race. It was basically 4 treks over the same hill.
Wind was 10 to 14 MPH the whole time. Bitterly cold.
My mind was not into the race. I did not think about pushing myself harder, though looking back, I know I could have. In retrospect, I think maybe I was hurt by doing so many longer runs. I have forgotten what a 5K feels like. I was running more with a 6 mile distance in mind.
