Treadmill run. Did a "random workout." It was cross country #1. Will probably do again. Tossed in some hills at a consistent pace throughout. Between 2 and 5% grade. Set the mill to 10 minute miles just to make it easy.
Wanted to do some heart rate work but the only two treadmills that were available did not have HR monitors installed. Will take my strap next time and try to get one.
