Ran to Jeff's house without any problems. We started into the .78 mile speed route without problems. But .25 miles in I remembered that I had pulled a muscle on Monday. The reason I remembered it was it started rearing its ugly head. I finished the loop a bit slow and then called it a day.
I had totally forgotten about the problem. It was a non issue. I think if I just continue to run slow and easy on it, then I won't have any further problems. I should wait a week or two before trying any speed running. Good thing I am going to be traveling next week. I will just do easy runs.
