Notes
This was an exciting run since it was my first 16 miler. I have now moved from just beyond the half marathon to quickly approaching the marathon distance. I know everything changes at the 20 mile mark, but I feel really good about the progress of things. I did have a bit of stiffness in my left ankle at about 12 miles. This has never happened before, so I am not currently concerned about it. Especially since I have a much lighter week coming up.
1 10:24 I stopped the clock instead of the lap, makes the next mile fast.
