Notes

Overall I just didn't feel that good on this. Still just working out some kinks post a terrible September of training. Will work some strength in the afternoon post a double before heading out for the night. I can definitely feel the upped mileage and lack of strength — overall, I'm just lacking life focus right now. New schedules are not an excuse but do make it harder to find a norm.
