4 miles warm up, 2x2 @ 6:10, 1 mi @6:00. 7min pace .5 recovery between.

Waterfall Glen with Bremma and youngin IL Elite people. Very tired for flying in the night before but the weather felt lovely. Nice little warm up out and back with Declan and then we started our workout. All about effort and putting in consistent work today. It felt good to workout 4mi into a long run instead of after 10mi. Hit the hard effort 1mi right at the big hill. Took a tiny break and then continued. Overall felt good until the last mile or so I was getting pretty tired. Happy I got this in with Emma. It's lovely to have a buddy.
