Solo con Pete y mis pensamientos. Feliz cumpleaños RayRay! Everyone was relaxing in the morn and I decided to go out for a run. It was quite rainy but we made it. Planned on meeting them at the Tourism office right when it opened. Knew they would be late so met up with them on our street (Peru) y caminamos. Went back home and changed for the bus to the termos. The bus had a flat tire (lol) which they rapido fixed up in 20 minutes or so and then we were off. Went to the farthest termos and the hottest bath first (lol). Ended up switching towards the end to the cool baths lower down the mountain. Had to hike back up this mf mountain to catch the bus back. Fell asleep on the bus.
RayRay wanted to find a Fonda fro Chilean Independence Day but it was raining so badly that we didn't end up going there. Drank in our AirBnb before going over to ChaCha's house. Fun to see a true Chilean lifestyle. Rouge calves, so many dogs, dancing the Cueca (which is just a weird mating thing, but I guess all dancing is). Everyone was super nice. They gave us weird tea and so much Chilean wine and empanadas. Danced almost all night with the girls, ChaCha and Matias. Stayed up until 4:30 (lol).
