Ran with the girls and John. Turned around early to get Emma to PT. Ran with her and John there talking about things that make me anxious. Did a little loop on the way back to the car just to hit an hour. Felt okay. Left ankle is bothering me, idk if it was the flats, just soreness or my work shoes.
