Easy with Sam from the Clark's in Fundee! Sam picked me up from Rosemont and we headed out to the burbs, starting our run pretty much right after we arrived. Made it a few blocks and I knew my right calf was fucked up. Gimped through the entire run and even made Sam walk up the hill from the river because I couldn't push off the ground. Dumb moves on my part. Pretty much throbbed throughout dinner until I elevated it. Super fun night hanging with the fam, quoting Forrest Gump with Jason and attempting to like cats before heading back to the city.
