Notes

Ran the first leg of GLR Day 3. It was nice to be on pretty hard ground and be around people to compete. I just kept telling myself to relax until 20 and then start catching people. That's basically what I did and it worked. I think I coulda run faster if yesterday wasn't so hard and my stomach wasn't still feeling funny. But, I was happy with this leg. I beat a girl that beat me on my last leg yesterday too so that felt good. Feels good to have one of the first runs at GLR because you already have one run over with right away (duh)
