Long run in Champaign to watch the marathon and help the 3hr group out. Ran about 2.5 out to race to jump in around 10. Was with DW and the biggest crew of everyone I knew was running with 3hr group. So fun to jump in and help people out. Ran about 6:34-45 for 8 miles or so. Dropped back a bit the last mile to keep it chill with Jer who was still easily hitting 6:40s. Stopped at 18 and jumped back in after the marathoners came around to about 23. Jumped in with Jer and tried to help him finish it out. Sub 3 for everyone bb!!! Was such a fun and inspiring weekend. My fav moment of the entire weekend was looking down from the stands to on everyone on the field — they turned around threw up their arms and we're screaming with excitement as we followed, throwing up our arms and screaming with excitement. So fucking cool that everyone did an amazing job.
