COMMENTS: Foggy, 50F, wonderful. Once "up" to Turkey Farm rd, got above the fog and roads were lit with moonlight. After Mt Sinai, back down into the fog. Splits were:
9:40, 9:29, 9:17, 9:10, 9:06, 8:54, 8:48, 8:42, 8:31, 7:58, 8:29, 8:34, 8:15 Garmin paces (Garmin had 12.95 for total)
butt, piriformis nerve pain after. Annoying. Need stretches for this.
