COMMENTS: On Business trip to Panama City FLA. Run at 7 am was 81F, 82% humidity for real feel of 92F. That was a warm embracing 5 miles at a gentle 8:51 pace. I felt great but a bit suffocated. Just the way I like it!
Run was on flat hard packed sand path in park along the water. Really scenic compared to usual runs.
Had to walk many times on this 0.6 mile loop due to exhaustion!
