Notes
Nice and smooth. HR a bit high. Foot felt lumpy before run but felt fine during and after run. Wore boot last night. Foot felt good in am (except lump)
Last night did X-Train:
3 x 10 standing ham curls with elastic
1 x 30 sec extended arm front, right, left planks
3 x 30 sec bent arm (support on forearm) F,R,L planks
3 x 10 lunges
