COMMENTS: Very Dense fog. Could hardly see. Interval Day! Started at 4:45 am with 2 mile "interval" at 7:10, 7:23 mile splits. Rested 3 min then did 6 x 800m with 2 min rests

Then 2 mile tempo avg 7:30 pace
Then... got Tory and did 4 miles in 32:32
That part was spooky in the dark, in the fog, Tory starts pulling and barking wildly, I can see the dim outline of black animals.... it's the wild Chow pack! Kept Tory pulled tight and we kept moving. No problem, just very spooky!
