COMMENTS: Cool 30's. Shorts, tee, long tee. Training called for "Marathon specific 16 miler with 12 miles at MP". The heck with that, I just did the whole run at MP and legs felt soild last miles of it. So.. I did (PBJ Special) X 2 in 2:10:19 (8:09 pace) Last 3 miles were 8:05, 8:05 and 8:11. Good news is the foot problem did not affect the run at all. It was somewhat sore after so I iced and massaged it. The massaging seemed to really help so maybe it is some irritated nerves vs a bruise?? I'll keep nursing it. This run was a major confidence booster today!!
